Policy on lateness and cancellation: I really do appreciate you being courteous and letting me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel. You won’t get ‘detention!’ This really helps me free up appointments. 

It takes only one minute to call, text or email me to reschedule. 
(Please note: I have adequate security measures in place and a Chaperone) 

But.. Repeat offenders & no shows will banned, so please don’t waste my time, energy and bookings slots for others.
