Its 2020! You and we made it!

We spent last night (December 31st 2019) sober (I don’t drink a lot nowadays) – I love my tea.

For New Year. I attended a Gong Bath, Cacao Ceremony, setting intentions. It was wonderful. We met, sat in a circle with amazing people on their own journeys. You enter as strangers, leave as friends, with a shared experience. Whilst fireworks were lighting up the midnight skies. We lay in our ‘nest’ journeying to healing vibrations and chanting, resetting. Into the early hours we planted our intentions and goals to seed. Thank you Mahala. Earthtones Sound Therapy

#unfoldment #nurturing cards were chosen. 2019 I lost to spirit 2 close aunties in my family and my business partner Sarah Louise Kay at Fenix Flames. It has been really hard. I’ve realised last year, I was caring so much for everybody else, I forgot a little bit about me. As I say to a lot of my clients. If you are not in a good place yourself, you can’t give as much to others to help them through their pain and troubles. 

I encounter and help many people who seek solace from trauma, healing from bad experiences, loss. People who grasp onto hope, in the face of desperation. What I do enables people with self confidences and hope, to utilise their own strength, to move forward in life.
