We spent last night (December 31st 2019) sober (I don’t drink a lot nowadays) – I love my tea.
Tea power
For New Year. I attended a Gong Bath, Cacao Ceremony, setting intentions. It was wonderful. We met, sat in a circle with amazing people on their own journeys. You enter as strangers, leave as friends, with a shared experience. Whilst fireworks were lighting up the midnight skies. We lay in our ‘nest’ journeying to healing vibrations and chanting, resetting. Into the early hours we planted our intentions and goals to seed. Thank you Mahala. Earthtones Sound Therapy
#unfoldment #nurturing cards were chosen. 2019 I lost to spirit 2 close aunties in my family and my business partner Sarah Louise Kay at Fenix Flames. It has been really hard. I’ve realised last year, I was caring so much for everybody else, I forgot a little bit about me. As I say to a lot of my clients. If you are not in a good place yourself, you can’t give as much to others to help them through their pain and troubles.
I encounter and help many people who seek solace from trauma, healing from bad experiences, loss. People who grasp onto hope, in the face of desperation. What I do enables people with self confidences and hope, to utilise their own strength, to move forward in life.

Exhausted and exhilarated after a busy weekend at Lincolnshire Well Being Show and a few Tarot Parties too. I am incredibly grateful with the opportunities I’ve been given by Liz and Ian at Lizian Events. Being self employed with my Tarot and Fenix Flames Businesses. Days off are a rare luxury. Hard work and helping people is humbling. Being part of the community for the shows brings great joy to me. They are a family. You are family. Running businesses, sharing knowledge, networking opportunities. The support, laughter, camaraderie and friendships are touching. Its great exposure too. That way Claudine can literally paint the music landscape and note reactions to my words as we go. To the heartbeat, the exploration, to visions, feelings, calm. Angela suffers from an irrational fear of how she describes as ‘unsafe heights.’ – heights over water are easier for her. She attempted The Glastonbury Tor during the Blood Moon in 2015. But gave up. We watched it sat on the grass half way up. The time in September 2019 was right. Angela embraced her fear. A struggle. Shaking, feeling nauseous. She drew upon inner strength. The true grit determination and a very windy but beautiful say. She made it.
