Exhausted and exhilarated after a busy weekend at Lincolnshire Well Being Show and a few Tarot Parties too. Guided Meditations with live music. We began at the Nottingham Well Being Show the other weekend. Live Guided Meditations spoken by myself, Angela Barker accompanied by live music performed by the exceptionally talented Multi-instrumentalist Claudine West to raise vibrations. That way Claudine can literally paint the music landscape and note reactions to my words as we go. To the heartbeat, the exploration, to visions, feelings, calm. Its also great to get first hand feedback and share experiences from the visitors.
