It’s now a nearly a week since UK Lockdown happened. My heart goes out to your families, friends, loved one and anyone it touches. The Covid-19 outbreak is devastating to lives, our way of life… Emotional, physical, mental wellbeing and financial. The practical advice. It important for your mental health, to not get drawn into fear and darkness. Obsessing over the bad things in the media will not help. Listening to official government advice to lessen the spread of this thing will help save lives. Whilst self isolating please do try to get fresh air and exercise. Even if that means opening a window and in a small cleared area of your home/ garden if you have one. I’ve been going for social distancing walks and am feeling the benefits. Read and watch things that make you laugh, indulge in a good book. If you are reading this. You are able to download the amazon kindle app with free books. You are also able to have an online reading with me. (Don’t worry. I’m able to tune in.)
Do what makes you happy. Don’t harm others. Be kind. Meditate. It’s easy to get frustrated and take things out on loved ones. Find a way to keep sane. We will get through this together.

We spent last night (December 31st 2019) sober (I don’t drink a lot nowadays) – I love my tea.
Tea power
For New Year. I attended a Gong Bath, Cacao Ceremony, setting intentions. It was wonderful. We met, sat in a circle with amazing people on their own journeys. You enter as strangers, leave as friends, with a shared experience. Whilst fireworks were lighting up the midnight skies. We lay in our ‘nest’ journeying to healing vibrations and chanting, resetting. Into the early hours we planted our intentions and goals to seed. Thank you Mahala. Earthtones Sound Therapy
#unfoldment #nurturing cards were chosen. 2019 I lost to spirit 2 close aunties in my family and my business partner Sarah Louise Kay at Fenix Flames. It has been really hard. I’ve realised last year, I was caring so much for everybody else, I forgot a little bit about me. As I say to a lot of my clients. If you are not in a good place yourself, you can’t give as much to others to help them through their pain and troubles.
I encounter and help many people who seek solace from trauma, healing from bad experiences, loss. People who grasp onto hope, in the face of desperation. What I do enables people with self confidences and hope, to utilise their own strength, to move forward in life.

Exhausted and exhilarated after a busy weekend at Lincolnshire Well Being Show and a few Tarot Parties too. I am incredibly grateful with the opportunities I’ve been given by Liz and Ian at Lizian Events. Being self employed with my Tarot and Fenix Flames Businesses. Days off are a rare luxury. Hard work and helping people is humbling. Being part of the community for the shows brings great joy to me. They are a family. You are family. Running businesses, sharing knowledge, networking opportunities. The support, laughter, camaraderie and friendships are touching. Its great exposure too. It is the canvas for us to VLOG and utilize our social media reach. These shows help us test products, gain feedback. Live Guided Meditations spoken by myself, Angela Barker accompanied by live music performed by the exceptionally talented Multi-instrumentalist Claudine West to raise vibrations. That way Claudine can literally paint the music landscape and note reactions to my words as we go. To the heartbeat, the exploration, to visions, feelings, calm. Its also great to get first hand feedback and share experiences from the visitors.
